Here is my list of resolutions. Overall, it's important to live a healthier lifestyle.
This is what has come to mind:
1. Cook at least 3 times a month. (being realistic)
2. Go to the gym or work out at least 3 times a month. (Like ryw said, the first 6 months is the hardest). I've only been to the gym 11 times since I signed up in June. That's like a bit less than twice a month on average. Sad. I can do this! Swim & yoga
3. Get an application in (be it Optometry, school, a licensing program, or a full time job to jump start my career) by the end of summer (August 31). This one I've been wrestling with for a long time now. =/ At least it's in writing this time? :::twinge of hopefulness starting to reappear:::
4. Resolve debts and stay out of debt. Save more money this year, and spend less on things I don't need for myself.
5. And finally.. this last one is not specific but would help all the three above if I remember this one resolution... to not be so lazy! (Change of attitude). I believe I believe...
I also wanted to add (because I realize I have more than five)
6. Be a better person toward my family (be less grumpy, more communicative), boyfriend (be less bratty, less accusive, more communicative) , and friends (complain less, listen and understand more).
With the help of number 5, I realized it would just make me a happier person overall.
